Halo-iC Dual-Tech Neck Cooler
A neck fan moves air. The Gobi Heat® Halo-iC Dual-Tech Neck Cooler does something fundamentally different — it combines Peltier thermoelectric cooling plates with dual fans to deliver both cold-contact relief and airflow at the same time. The result is noticeably more effective than a fan alone, especially when the air temperature itself is hot and moving warm air around isn't helping.
How Peltier cooling works: Peltier plates use thermoelectric technology to create a rapid temperature drop on contact — no refrigerant, no ice, no water. The Halo-iC's plates reach 11.5°C (52.7°F), which you feel immediately against your neck. Pair that with dual fans circulating air across the cooled surface and you get a cooling effect that standard neck fans simply can't replicate.
Using it is straightforward: a short press cycles through low, medium, and high fan speeds. A 3-second long press activates the Peltier plates for cold-contact cooling. Run both together for maximum effect, or use fan-only mode to extend battery life.
The 4,000mAh battery delivers 2.5 hours on high with Peltier active, up to 7.5 hours on low fan-only mode. USB-C fast charging brings it back to full in about 4 hours. At 14oz it's light enough to wear all day without neck fatigue, and at 64.8 dBA it's quiet enough for conversations, calls, and campfire evenings. Available in White and Navy.
Why it outperforms a standard neck fan:
- Peltier plates reach 11.5°C (52.7°F) — cold-contact cooling, not just airflow
- Dual fans + Peltier simultaneously — two cooling mechanisms working together
- 3 fan speeds — short press to cycle low / medium / high
- Peltier activation — 3-second long press to engage cold plates
- 4,000mAh battery — 2.5 to 7.5 hrs runtime depending on settings
- USB-C fast charge — fully recharged in ~4 hours
- 14oz — lightweight enough for all-day wear
- 64.8 dBA — quiet enough for conversation and calls
